- Familiarity with Salesforce Platform configurations, processes, and best practices, with the ability to build, configure, test, troubleshoot, and refine Einstein features like prompts and models.
- Proficiency in utilizing Salesforce Einstein functionalities such as Sales emails, Service replies, Work Summary, Copilot Builder, Prompt Builder, and Model Builder, with the ability to implement and customize these features to meet specific business needs.
- Competence in using Salesforce tools and developing custom solutions, actions, or integrations within the Salesforce environment.
